1. Booking & Payments

Full payment is required in advance to confirm safari permits as we must pay the Forest Department instantly upon booking. Resort bookings require a 50% advance.

2. Cancellation Policy

Safari Permits: Once issued by the Forest Department, safari permits are 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be changed (dates or names).

Hotel Bookings: Cancellation terms vary by property. Generally, cancellations made 30 days prior receive a 75% refund.

3. Safari Rules

Guests must carry the original ID proof submitted during booking on the day of the safari. The Forest Department reserves the right to deny entry if details do not match or original ID is missing.

4. Liability

Arihant Safaris acts as an agent between you and the Forest Department/Hotels. We are not liable for any changes in government rules, sudden park closures due to weather/VIP movement, or failure to spot wildlife. Wildlife sightings are a matter of chance.
